Thank you for shopping with PawHaven! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States — no minimum purchase required.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PawHaven is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Waiting 1–2 additional business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely

If your package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to make it right.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PawHaven is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at lp0483051@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
